Executive Assistant

Role Description: An Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO/founder by managing schedules/travel, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You will have an opportunity to learn from our CEO and understand the landscape of educational technology/startups, ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly by prioritizing tasks, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. With strong organizational and communication skills, you act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. This role demands discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

In this role, you are responsible for driving to the following outcomes & results:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication Handling: Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships.

Experience:

You will bring the following experiences:

Calendar and Travel Management: Proven experience in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
Meeting Coordination: Experience in organizing meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
Document Preparation: Background in creating and editing professional documents and presentations.
Project Management: Experience assisting with or managing projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
REQUIRED: This person will be based out of the Denver metro area.

As an ideal candidate, you may also bring:

Administrative Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.
