Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing activities with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads while maintaining target cost-per-lead (CPL) objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements based on data.
Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads, CPL, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
Consistent achievement of lead generation targets.
Continuous improvement of campaign performance and efficiency.
Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
