With over 50 actuaries nationwide and a global client base, we provide expert consulting services across life, health, and propertycasualty insurance. Our commitment to innovation and personalized service makes us a trusted partner in navigating complex actuarial challenges.

Base Pay: $15.00-$30.00/hr based on experience (Part-time: 20-40 hours per week)

You Will:

Collect and track upcoming industry conference schedules from 50-70 executives.
Identify likely attendees and use data scraping tools to gather contact details.
Coordinate with appointment setters and executives to schedule discovery meetings.
Research and confirm meeting logistics such as hotels and conference rooms.
Use tools like Plaud AI to capture and upload meeting notes and transcripts into HubSpot.
Collaborate with the HubSpot CRM consultant to support implementation and maintain data quality.
Conduct lead generation across key market segments including insurers, employers, and risk-focused businesses.
Provide ad-hoc sales support for LewisEllis and affiliated companies, including Huggins Actuarial.

Essential Requirements:

Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
Able to work independently in a remote setting.
Adaptable to changing priorities, workloads, and project demands.
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools; experience with HubSpot or ChatGPT is preferred.
