Our growing accounting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role serves as a key partner to firm leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, clear communication, and efficient coordination across the organization.

How You'll Serve

Act as the main point of contact between executives and internal/ external partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Manage calendars, meetings, arrange travel, and handle calls and messages for the CEO.
Prepare professional reports and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Anticipate executive needs and stay one step ahead to keep priorities on track.
Organize and manage incoming requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to support efficient workflow.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate internal communications and executive events.
Support daily operations through general administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

What You Bring

Proven experience supporting executives or senior leadership in a faced-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a consistent ability to follow-through and deliver results.
