About the Role

We are seeking a remote Estimating Sales Specialist to manage inbound calls and provide accurate estimates for residential construction, renovation, and home service projects.

This is a performance-based, commission-forward role with a minimal guaranteed hourly base. Success in this role depends on your ability to ask the right questions, logically break down work, and confidently present estimates that customers approve.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound customer calls related to home repair and construction projects

· Qualify and scope work by asking detailed questions (access, ceiling height, prep, materials, timelines, etc.)

· Break down projects logically to estimate labor hours and pricing

· Present clear expectations and pricing to customers

· Drive estimate approvals while maintaining healthy margins

· Coordinate expectations between customers and field technicians

· Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in construction, home services, estimating, or inside sales

· Strong phone communication and customer service skills

· Comfortable with commission-based compensation

· Highly self-driven and organized (work-from-home role)

· Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

· Looking for a long-term opportunity, not a short-term role

Compensation Structure

· Hourly pay at your state’s minimum wage

· Commission paid on approved estimates

· You are paid whichever is greater: hourly or commission

· No income cap — top performers consistently exceed hourly earnings

This role is designed for motivated professionals who want control over their income.

Schedule & Requirements

· Full-time: Monday – Friday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST)

Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)

· Consistent availability during business hours

· Ability to manage productivity without direct supervision
