$38,000-$44,000*

Compensation is based on experience and skills testing

SCHEDULE:

Full-time Monday - Friday

40 hours per week

Flexible Start: 7am - 9am MST

Flexible End: 3pm-5pm MST

At Incite Tax, our Administrative Assistants are instrumental in teeing up our clients for a great experience when we work on their "Tax Projects." A Tax Project for a client consists of the following:

25 New Client Set-Ups Completed per Day and 15 "Cheatsheets" Updated per Day

Our Administrative Assistants Compile and Electronically Organize the Client's Documents

Success Metric:

10 New Tax Projects Digitally Organized per Day

Step 2

Our Administrative Assistants Tee Up the Tax Department Enters the Data from the Documents and Prepares the Tax Return

10 Tax Projects Routed to Tax Department per Day

Step 3

Our Administrative Assistants Route Return for First-Level Peer Review by Tax Professional

Success Metric:

10 Tax Projects Routed to First-Level Peer Review per Day

Step 4

Our Administrative Assistants Forward Return Senior-Level Tax Accountant Peer Review and Sign-Off on Client Return

10 Tax Projects Routed to Senior-Level Tax Accountant Peer Review per Day

Our Administrative Assistants Package the Return for Client Review and Ensure the Client Understands the Return and Verifies It Is Accurate

Our Administrative Assistants Follow-Up with Clients to Ensure the Client Understands the Return and Verifies It Is Accurate and That We Receive the Required Client Approval to Proceed with Filing the Return

Our Administrative Assistants Triage the Email Inboxes for your Assigned Tax Professionals and Prepare Prompts for Them to Provide a Response to Client Inquiries Regarding Their Returns Within 24 Hours

100% of Client Emails Are Responded to with Care within 24 Hours

Step 8

Proactively Follow-up with Clients to Complete the Review of Their Own Returns

100%of Client Returns Are Approved by Client within Two Weeks of Sent -

or At Least 7 Follow-Up Emails Have Been Sent Requesting the Client'sFinal Approval
