Manager – Facilities and Sustainability oversees building operations, maintenance, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives, ensuring safe workplaces, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and sustainable practices aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
Implement sustainability initiatives reducing energy consumption
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Manage vendor contracts and service performance standards
Develop preventive maintenance schedules for infrastructure
Monitor utility usage and optimize operational costs
Lead waste management and recycling programs
Prepare sustainability reports and performance audits.

Skill & Experience

Strong knowledge of facilities management systems
