Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to join our team at Holy City Pediatric Therapy. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in providing phenomenal Pediatric Therapy to children of the Lowcountry. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating the schedule of the executive team
Handling communication on behalf of the executives
Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Preparing presentations and reports as needed
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Assisting with special projects and events
Providing general administrative support to the team

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Experience supporting senior-level executives
