Purpose of the Job

To support our growth, HH Global is seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer with core presentation, graphic design and motion graphic skills to design and develop marketing collateral. This position works closely with the creative leads, a small team of designers, marketing project managers, production team and clients, to deliver a variety of marketing material, including executive-level presentations and other marketing collateral, incorporating motion graphics and video editing skills to help elevate materials. They will develop and elevate new and existing collateral across various digital and print media, meeting short turnaround times and managing multiple projects and deadlines. They ensure brand standards across color, font, production quality and more.

This will be a hybrid or fully-remote position based in Mountain View, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Design, produce and update presentations, marketing material and occasional one sheeters for our client.
Work both independently, owning a project from start to finish, as well as collaboratively with other designers.
Execute advanced, effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations efficiently to meet the client’s needs and brand style.
Offer multiple key stakeholders high-touch, white glove level service (client facing is must) when developing meeting and business presentations.
Successfully project manage requests from a variety of clients, and balance workload to meet all deadlines. Use of strong communication and organizational skills to determine project scope, vision, deliverables, key messaging and assets as needed.
Able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams and clients.
Design of print and digital sales and marketing materials including social media, swag design, photo editing, product packaging, product brochures, logos, promotional flyers, catalogs, point-of-sale materials, sales presentation tools, direct mail pieces, trade show graphics and more.
Routing files for approval and releasing organized files to production management when approved for both digital and print.
Conceptualize topics and present them clearly and concisely under client’s guidelines.
Able to reformat presentations that include tables, charts, infographics and interactivity in some cases to present concepts and data effectively.
Manage timelines and deliverables for projects and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Identify and initiate improvements to presentation design while staying on top of client’s brand updates.
Support multiple stakeholders on a direct 1:1 basis while maintaining a high level of detail in design.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

5+ years of experience preferred with work samples (online portfolio).
Expert skills with: Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote
Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects
Able to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines, maintaining a flexible schedule as needed to meet tight deadlines.
Collaborate with various cross-functional team members and promote an efficient and dynamic workflow.
Must be a fast learner with the ability to quickly read and understand content in order to create a more visual representation of sometimes dense, information and data-heavy slides and infographics.
Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy-to-understand charts, graphs and diagrams.
Capable of transforming charts, icons, illustrations and infographics into animated gifs for more dynamic user experience to help capture audience’s attention.
Capable of storytelling to help clients reach and engage target audiences.
Passionate about your work and motivated as well as capable of creating fresh new design ideas and innovative concepts.
Receptive to creative direction and constructive feedback.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a critical eye for aesthetics and hierarchy.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential duty.

For California based applicants: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
