More than just eye candy, we’re after designs that tell a story, drive engagement, and get people to take action.

Your Role (aka Your Creative Playbook)

Create Designs that Pop: From eye-catching social media posts to engaging emails, your designs will do more than capture attention—they’ll get people talking, clicking, and interacting with Golf Ranch. Every piece should encourage action, whether it’s a share, a click, or a visit to the range.
Tell the Golf Ranch Story: You’ll transform our brand into visual stories that resonate, capturing Golf Ranch’s unique vibe so it sticks with every swing, scroll, and share
Shape Our Style: Elevate the look and feel of Golf Ranch across the board. From digital ads and campaigns to custom illustrations, you’ll create a cohesive visual vibe that screams “Golf Ranch” across everything we do.
Move the Needle: We’re a startup, and we need someone who’s always thinking about how to improve and grow our brand. You’ll play a key role in pushing creative boundaries, always designing with intent and a focus on driving business growth.
Get the Sites What They Need: Develop a system to help our site teams get the creative assets they need, making sure everyone is on-brand and looking sharp. Consistency is key, but so is ensuring each piece has that Golf Ranch edge.

What You'll Bring (aka Your Skillset)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
Conversion-Focused Creativity: You understand that great design is a tool to drive action, whether that’s engagement, conversion, or building loyalty.
A Strong Eye for Detail and Originality: You know how to balance on-brand design with creative flair, always adding your unique style to each project.
Adaptability and Proactivity: You’re ready to pivot, embrace new ideas, and tackle projects without needing a push.
Strong Organizational Skills: You keep files, assets, and projects in order, making life easier for the whole team.
Bonus: Experience with UI/UX and data-driven design is a plus, helping you create visuals that aren’t just pretty but also functional and impactful.

Compensation:

Part-Time Contract: $3,000 per month (3-month duration)
Future Opportunity: Full-time potential after contract period
