We are seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to become a part of our expanding team in a full-time role (part-time candidates will also be considered)! We are a Plaintiff's employment law firm with offices in Oakland, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We represent employees who have experienced discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wage-and-hour violations. Experience and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. The candidate must be good on the phone, incredibly organized, and hard-working. We are looking for the best candidate for the position. Responsibilities:

Conduct intakes
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Maintain and manage client databases
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and others
Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients and attorneys
File and calendar deadlines
Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
