We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can help keep our finances organized and flowing smoothly—especially with budgeting for **casting/production** projects, cash flow forecasting & management, and general office financial tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create and manage budgets specifically for casting (talent, production costs, etc.) and overall operations

- Track, forecast, and optimize cash flow to support project timelines and growth

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking

- Prepare financial reports and insights as needed

- General office financial admin support

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience with budgeting for casting/production shoots, events, or creative projects

- Strong cash flow planning & management skills (forecasting, monitoring inflows/outflows)

- Solid bookkeeping fundamentals (QuickBooks or similar preferred)

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

- Comfortable working independently

**Schedule & Location:**

- Part-time (flexible hours—doesn't have to be every day; 10-20 hrs/week to start)

- Initially may include some in-office/on-site setup/training

- Once systems are up and running smoothly → fully remote / work-from-home
