About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our dental office team remotely. This position is ideal for someone with a background in dentistry who enjoys connecting with patients, staying organized, and helping a busy practice run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Assist with insurance verification and patient eligibility
Manage digital communication with patients and the dental team
Support front office operations as needed

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Previous dental office experience (familiarity with dental terminology, scheduling systems, and insurance verification)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, upbeat, and confident phone presence
Tech-savvy with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
