Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, processing insurance paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The role also includes managing email correspondence, customer texts, greeting clients, sorting mail, answering phone, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Basic knowledge of insurance products and the ability to process insurance paperwork
Property & Casualty License in Oklahoma a PLUS, but not required to start
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with general administrative tasks
Ability to work independently and also with a team
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and email applications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $38,000-$44,000 annually (based on experience)
