Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and organizing itineraries through platforms like Kayak.
Handle email management tasks to ensure timely responses and organized communication.
Oversee financial management using QuickBooks, including tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Manage calendar schedules efficiently using tools like Calendly to organize meetings and appointments.
Resolve logistical and practical issues, such as coordinating replacements or acquiring new keys (e.g., for vehicles like Acura).
Oversee social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining brand consistency.
Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations and team needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in calendar management and event planning is highly desirable.
Strong clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project coordination practices is a plus.
