We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with an active Real Estate license to support two high-producing agents. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with a variety of daily responsibilities. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a productive real estate team.

This position also offers the potential opportunity to grow into an Associate Broker.

As you gain experience and become more involved with the team.

Schedule

Part-time position
Approximately 3 days per week
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

Pay will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications
Future earning potential available through personal real estate transactions if transitioning into an Associate Broker role

Key Responsibilities

Assist agents with daily administrative tasks
Coordinate appointments, showings, and client communications
Prepare and manage real estate documents and contracts
Input and update listings in the MLS
Track deadlines and ensure smooth transaction flow
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
Provide general support to help maintain efficient operations

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License (required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and paperwork
Comfortable with computers and real estate software systems
