Responsibilities

Cold calling to potential affiliates is a must
Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, ensuring optimal time management for executives.
Coordinate and organize meetings
Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling for management.
Utilize office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools, and DocuSign for document signing workflows.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external contacts while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role with a strong background in office management.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace applications, and data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy; experience with transcription and proofreading is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional correspondence writing.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with a high level of confidentiality.
