We seek to hire an Executive Assistant (Remote)in property management to help support executive leadership in daily operations and administrative functions at Amazing Properties, ensuring smooth business operations. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and communications
Process expense reports and invoices, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate team meetings, events, and property site visits
Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and contracts
Assist with resident communications and property management software
Support budget tracking and financial reporting processes

Requirements:

1+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with property management software preferred
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
