About The Role

As a Mid/Sr-Level Digital Designer, you’ll design assets for social media, email campaigns, and websites. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand. Your work will drive engagement and build a cohesive digital presence.

Responsibilities

Designing engaging graphics and motion assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Creating visually appealing, conversion-focused email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Supporting web and landing page design, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, on-brand designs.
Developing creative content for banners, ads, and blog visuals to support campaigns.
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital designs to build recognition and trust.
Contributing to a reusable design system for email, social, and web assets.
Collaborating with teams to align designs with campaign goals and audience needs.
Using feedback and analytics to improve designs and optimize performance.
Staying updated on design trends for social, email, and web to boost engagement.

Requirements

2-5 years of digital design experience in social media, email campaigns, and web.
Possess knowledge of HTML/CSS is, along with a desire to enhance skills and a willingness to pursue ongoing education.
Be proficient in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Possess a portfolio showcasing digital work, including social media, email, and web designs.
Have understanding of UX/UI principles for responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
Be familiar with email platforms (e.g., Marketo) and email optimization techniques.
Able to design for various social platforms, respecting their unique specifications.
Be attentive to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect and on-brand designs.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
Have confidence in presenting design options and incorporating feedback effectively.

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
