Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and driven EA to support the Chief Content Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced Content Organization, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, organizing meetings and events, and handling logistics with a high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the executive's calendar, including organizing complex meetings and coordinating with internal and external partners.
Assist in preparing for team meetings and events, including content preparation, logistics, and post-meeting follow-ups.
Facilitate team morale activities and manage the executive's recognition budget.
Oversee travel arrangements and expense reconciliation for the executive.
Act as a local support during offsite events, collaborating closely with Workplace and IT teams

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Workday).
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Industry Experience:

3+ years of experience, ideally supporting C-level executives.
Experience in handling confidential information with integrity.
Preference for candidates located in the US, West Coast.
