Job Summary

This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll support the Chief Workforce Innovation Officer and collaborate with the Global Workforce Innovation and Culture leadership team, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage a variety of tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate calendars, including internal and external meetings, virtual and in-person events, and team building activities.
Assist with meeting preparations including agenda support, taking notes, managing materials, and catering requirements.
Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and manage expense reporting in a timely manner.
Offer onboarding support for new hires including space and equipment requests, scheduling, and updating email distribution and access lists.
Engage in project work to support team goals, such as creating presentations and implementing valuable processes and ideas.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of executive-level administrative experience.
Stellar communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across all levels.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Concur.
