What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and internal teams
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars
Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace
Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
