Duties Include

Communications

Monitor General email account
Monitor Google phone account
Monitor incoming website communications and respond accordingly.
Circulation of company communications to stake holders via email

Meetings

Attend all scheduled company meetings. Record and circulate meeting notes.
Schedule full company meetings, create agendas, and keep minutes.

Marketing

Update company website
Create and disperse company Newsletter

Other

Maintain and update an audit calendar
Help manage deadlines for audit proposals

Requirements

Must be flexible with times available during a given day so calls and urgent matters can be handled appropriately
Must be located in an East Coast time zone

Pay: $12.00 per hour
